Shipping, import charges & returns
Shipping
Every piece is sent from our gallery in Langweer, the Netherlands. Smaller sheets travel flat between rigid boards; larger ones are rolled in a strong tube. Every parcel is fully insured and tracked. Shipping is a flat rate per order, by destination:

At checkout the price and shipping are charged in euros; your card or Stripe converts them at the day's rate.
Import charges into the United States
Original maps and prints are printed matter and works of art, and in general they enter the United States free of customs duty. They have also been treated as exempt "informational materials" under the recent United States tariff measures. Your carrier may still charge a customs clearance or brokerage fee. Rules change, so we confirm the position for your parcel before you buy.
Returns
If a piece is not as described, or arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you in full, including shipping. Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See our terms of sale.
