What we sell

Original antique and vintage maps and prints, each a unique item. Descriptions, dates and condition notes are given in good faith from our own examination. Every piece is guaranteed to be an original of the period stated; if it is shown to be otherwise, we refund the full price.

Prices

Prices are set in euros. Dollar prices are shown at the current exchange rate and are for guidance; the amount charged is confirmed before payment. Prices for buyers outside the European Union do not include import taxes or carrier fees in the destination country.

Contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing after payment. If a piece has sold elsewhere in the meantime, we refund you in full.

Returns and withdrawal

You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery if it is not as described or arrives damaged, for a full refund including shipping. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may also withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, returning the piece in the same condition at their own cost to Buorren 3, 8525 EB Langweer, the Netherlands.

Liability

Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the price of the piece concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.
