Original antique maps & prints of
Alaska
★ 5 original pieces ★
Bought from Russia in 1867, Alaska did not become a state until 1959. Earlier maps show the Russian American coast and the voyages that charted it. We currently hold 5 original sheets of Alaska, published between 1784 and 1960. Of these, 3 are maps and 16 are views and prints. The earliest is Domestic Harmony: Aleut Household Life in Unalaska, 1784.
